As the first university in the African country adopting Body Interact, Cadi Ayya University is using the Virtual Patient Simulator in areas such as nephrology, internal medicine, endocrinology and reanimation.

Professor Ahmed Rhassane EL ADIB is the Educational Manager of Marrakesh Simulation and Innovation in Health and the Vice-President of the Moroccan Society of Medical Simulation.
He shared with us his great experience with Body Interact and how its pre-configured scenarios help educators save time and focus on their students’ individual performance.

Educators at Cadi Ayyad University, who are helping students to develop their clinical reasoning skills, are using Body Interact clinical scenarios in their classrooms. From the 3rd to 7th year of medical school – a generation who values interactivity and competency on clinical practice – the students are providing extremely positive feedback on this new didactic.

The University is also using Body Interact for training of multidisciplinary teams. Cardiology scenarios and critical situations on the operating room are two of the different areas where they’re reinforcing the importance of working together and practicing in a safe and controlled environment.
